Enrolment Information 2019-20
Returning students 2018-19
If you are on a multi-year course, you have already been enrolled to 2019-20.
If you are returning to continue your studies and were not enrolled before the end of term, you will not be invited in to enrol during the main enrolment period.
Please come to either the Abingdon or Witney campus (irrespective of where your course is based). The quickest time is between 13:00-16:30 Tuesday and Thursday or 09:00-16:00 Wednesdays up to 14th August; however, if this is not convenient, please come at another time between 09:00-16:00; Monday-Friday during this period.
If you have been offered a place on a 2019-20 course at the college, you will receive a letter giving a time to come into college to enrol – if you do not receive this letter by 9th August 2019 or have any query with it, please call 01235 216 400 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you come in to enrol, please bring all the information requested in the letter.
If you are under 18 and intend to enrol unaccompanied by a parent, carer or guardian, please bring the completed peach consent form provided.
Approximate timings for enrolment activities are given below. You should allow 1-2 hours to complete your enrolment, longer should you require any assessment or meetings with support staff.
If you have yet to decide on a course, you are welcome to come along to our drop-in sessions each Wednesday 13:00-16:00 until 14th August. You can also come along to one of the drop-in sessions throughout the enrolment period (detailed in the table above).
